We were visiting Huntsville for a long weekend and after a long day at space center we just wanted some good food and needed a place for dinner for table of 8 but for 4 kids, when we couldn't find a spot, decided to order to go. First the lady on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. We ordered CARMELA'S MEATBALLS & PASTA, shrimp scampi over pasta, salmon, and seafood CIOPPINO and everything was delicious, well seasoned and great presentation even as take out. It was soo good we recommanded 3 other guests at our hotel to consider having dinner here. The seafood cippono was well balanced, fresh and extremely yummy I would definitely come back even if that's a 5 hour drive.

The best authentic Italian in Huntsville. Focaccia bread and olives, Zolo wine, substitute pappardelle pasta with the Meatballs. Perfezione!

5 star service overall food a 3 so went with a 4. The meatballs were disgusting. They had a fish taste? Not sure if the meat was bad or something fishy accidentally spilt in the mix. Both my husband and I tasted the fish flavor. The pasta was amazing. As advertised it was fresh and delicious. Sauces were stellar too. Great location as well and we loved the vibe. The lemonchello cake was excellent.

Service and food were great. Our server was so kind and went above and behind to ensure our satisfaction. We tried a variety of things - PEI Mussels, Meatballs & Pasta, Shrimp Scampi, Mushroom Risotto, Tiramisu, Lemoncelli Cake, Lemon Cheesecake, Chocolate Genache Brownie and some wine flights. The only downside of our visit was it was a bit noisey amongst the bigger group of diners that we shared the dining room with. We were a small group, a table of 3, so it was kinda difficult to hear one another and our server.

Hands down the best restaurant in town. I regularly go here with my best friends for book club or birthday dinners. The food is to die for. They make their own pasta and the quality of their food items and drinks are unparalleled for this area. The Osso Buco and charcuterie are amazing. I've tried just about everything on the menu and haven't had anything I dislike. Expect to pay 50-100 dollars per person for dinner. Lunch is cheaper.

I made a point to visit Mazzara's on this trip to Huntsville because I loved everything about my visit last time! This place is adorable in the historic house location, and in the smaller rooms can have the perfect intimate or romantics setting for a date night or dinner to catch up with a friend. I sat at the bar this time while visiting on my own, and the bartender was super nice and attentive! I started with a Nebbiolo, which the bartender was able to give me a sample of first and was delicious! For dinner, I ordered the pasta and meatballs. Everything about this entree was delicious, from the meatballs to the homemade pasta to the perfect meat sauce to top it all off! I regret not saving room for dessert, since I loved the tiramisu on my last visit, and every other dessert looked amazing as well. Once again, I can't wait for the next time I'm in Huntsville to visit!

This place was such a surprise. I didn't expect what I experienced. The staff were attentive without being annoying, and the food was fantastic. So many restaurants in Huntsville are mediocre at best. Mazzara's definitely makes everything in-house, and with a lot of forethought. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants something outside of the typical mediocre, fried southern food that is seemingly everywhere in this town. Mazzara's - Keep up the great work! See you soon!

Experienced a great dinner dining experience at Mazzara's. The location is an unassuming home in downtown Huntsville. I was greeted immediately as I walked in. The service was great, and our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered a glass of pinot gris, lemon ricotta ravioli, and the cannolis for dessert. The ravioli was so light and flavorful and I would definitely recommend it! The cannolis were ok, but I would try a different dessert next time. If you haven't been here yet, make sure you make a reservation and check this place out.
